Early Childhood Educator - Immediate Start

Start the 20252026 School Year Strong!Were hiring multiple substitute preschool teachers to support school districts and private preschool centers. The roles vary from mid-term substitute placements, with you working directly in a classroom Monday through Friday, supporting students and staff on a consistent, daily basis. We also have availability for our daily substitute program, where you can choose which centers / hours work best for you!Talk to a recruiter today and get hired before the first bell rings.Youll be stepping into a teaching position at a preschool site, helping to lead activities, manage the classroom, and provide a safe and nurturing environment for children ages 2 5. Youll follow the schools curriculum and routines while collaborating with other teachers and support staff.Responsibilities:- Lead classroom routines, activities, and play-based learning- Create a warm, engaging, and safe environment for children- Dependable, collaborative, and passionate about early learning- Collaborate with staff and follow each centers curriculum and routines- Maintain classroom organization and MN DHS licensing standards- Communicate effectively with families and staffQualifications (Required by MN DHS):To qualify as a Lead Teacher in Minnesota, you must meet one of the following:- Option 1: 24 quarter (16 semester) credits in ECE/Child Development and 2,080 hours of experience- Option 2: AA or BA degree in Early Childhood or related field- Option 3: CDA credential and 2,080 hours of experience- Must be at least 18 and pass MN DHS background studyNice-to-Have:- 1+ year experience in a licensed childcare or preschool- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Hmong) - Completed pediatric CPR & First Aid certificationSalaryPay: $21 - $24 per hour, paid weekly.Schedule: Full-time or flexible substitute optionsBenefits:- Weekly pay- Paid Sick Leave- 401K (certain eligibility criteria)Ready to get started?
