Seasonal Floor Associate – (Rockefeller Center, NYC)Location: New York, NYType: Seasonal (Through end of year; potential extension)Hours: ~28–35 hours/week | 4 days/week | 7-hour shiftsAvailability: Full weekend availability required + at least 3 weekdays⭐ Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service to guests Assist customers with purchasing branded merchandise, hardware, and accessoriesProvide product information, demonstrations, and personalized recommendationsOperate cash registers and handle transactions accuratelyRestock merchandise and maintain clean, organized displaysPerform routine display maintenance and minor repairsFollow attendance, punctuality, and store conduct guidelinesEngage customers proactively to support sales and enhance the guest experience? Required QualificationsAt least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environmentCashier experience is requiredHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to lift and move merchandise safely, including ladder useStrong interpersonal and verbal communication skillsReliable, personable, and comfortable approaching customers? Preferred QualificationsExperience in video gaming or electronics retailWorking knowledge of Nintendo products, franchises, and gaming culture?️ Schedule RequirementsMust have full weekend availabilityMust be available at least 3 weekdaysStore hours: 10 AM – 8 PM (shifts may run 9 AM–6 PM, 10 AM–7 PM, 11 AM–8 PM, or 12 PM–9 PM)Schedules are provided 2–3 weeks in advanceBlackout dates: Black Friday and DecemberStore closed on Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day?
