Acting as a direct sparring partner, you will work with consulting teams to provide training, analyses and research along all Org Design and Cost topics including operating model design, functional org design and benchmarking, org design implementation, etc. You will be expected to partner with case teams and clients as they diagnose structural challenges and seek to adopt more efficient and effective operating models and ways of working. You will also be expected to drive topic growth through creation of new frameworks, tools, and materials. Additionally, you will support a cross-functional team on Cost Transformations – delivering Cost expertise to case teams and clients across all phases of work (selling, diagnostic, implementation), and developing new Cost IP/tools. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range.
