This is a W-2 employment position, offering competitive pay (between $500 and $800 or more a week), consistent work hours (8 am to 5 pm or later). We provide everything you need and you will have two teammates to work with.What We Are Looking For:We are looking for more than just someone who can follow a checklist. Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can "think on their feet", work well with a team, and adapt to the unique challenges of each home.Verifiable Residential Cleaning Experience: You must have a strong background in professional residential cleaning (cleaning client homes for a company or as an independent contractor).Critical Thinker & Problem Solver: You must be able to assess cleaning needs quickly, determine the most efficient and effective methods, and troubleshoot issues like difficult stains or unique surfaces without constant supervision.Attention to Detail: A high standard for quality and the ability to notice small details that others miss.Efficiency: Ability to complete high-quality work within established timeframes.Reliability: Excellent attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.Positive Attitude: A friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor with clients and team members.Required Experience (Non-Negotiable):We are strictly requiring previous, proven experience in a professional residential house cleaning setting.We DO require: Experience cleaning private homes for paying clients.We DO NOT consider: Experience from hotels, resorts, janitorial/commercial cleaning, industrial settings, or home care/personal care provider roles as qualifying experience for this specific position.What to expect when you applyTo apply, come by our office, fill out the application.
