We are currently expanding our team and looking for a fully engaged and experienced professional manager to help lead our operations and support our drivers.The RoleWe are looking for a leader with top-tier people skills who can effectively deal with employees, resolve conflicts, and keep morale high. You should be a natural problem solver who can handle the fast-paced, unpredictable nature of the logistics industry while maintaining a great attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Manage daily driver schedules, oversee dispatch, and handle employee relations with empathy and professionalism.Problem Solving: Think on your feet to resolve route delays, vehicle issues, and customer service hurdles.Operational Oversight: Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed and terminal standards are met daily.Fleet Support: Keep an eye on vehicle health and assist with minor troubleshooting when necessary.QualificationsExperience: Proven track record in a management or supervisory role.Logistics Knowledge: Experience in the logistics or delivery industry is a big plus, but not required!Mechanical Aptitude: Mechanical knowledge is a big plus to help us manage fleet maintenance and minor repairs.Mindset: A positive, solutions-oriented attitude is a must.REQUIREMENTSDrivers licenseNo criminal backgroundRandom drogtest (including weed)Manager experienceHammarstrom Inc has been a part of FedEx operations for the past 19 years, we are a independent contractor.We are committed to excellent service and take pride in what we do.
