Roles & Responsibilities Lead and participate in the primary and secondary trauma surveys during resuscitations, ensuring timely, evidence-based care Run mass transfusions using the Level 1 rapid infuser and manage associated equipment safely and efficiently Provide OR assistance when needed, supporting surgeons and scrub teams during emergent procedures Perform advanced vascular access including IV placement and assist with central and arterial line procedures Assist with chest tube procedures, spinal stabilization, splinting, and traction as part of emergency bedside care Document all patient care and procedures accurately in Meditech Think and act quickly in high-stress situations, prioritizing patient safety and effective team communication Support unit operations during nights and weekends and help maintain readiness in a busy trauma ED About United Health Care Staffing, Inc."Better Pay" and "Zero Headaches" and Ready to love your scrubs again?
