Healthcare Sales Director

We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Sales Director to lead growth, marketing, and community outreach efforts for a mission-driven senior care organization focused on value-based care for vulnerable elderly populations in the Newark, NJ market.In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving census growth, managing enrollment performance, and building strong referral relationships across hospitals, physician groups, senior housing, post-acute facilities, and community organizations. You will oversee all outreach and marketing activities while leading a team to achieve aggressive growth and performance goals.This position requires a data-driven leader with strong experience in healthcare sales, team leadership, and CRM-based performance tracking (Salesforce).
