We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Sales Director to lead growth, marketing, and community outreach efforts for a mission-driven senior care organization focused on value-based care for vulnerable elderly populations in the Newark, NJ market.In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving census growth, managing enrollment performance, and building strong referral relationships across hospitals, physician groups, senior housing, post-acute facilities, and community organizations. You will oversee all outreach and marketing activities while leading a team to achieve aggressive growth and performance goals.This position requires a data-driven leader with strong experience in healthcare sales, team leadership, and CRM-based performance tracking (Salesforce). You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to monitor KPIs, improve processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while delivering on strategic growth targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive census growth and enrollment targetsLead marketing, outreach, and community engagement strategyManage referral partnerships across healthcare networksOversee enrollment workflows and process improvementsTrack and report team performance using Salesforce and KPI dashboardsDevelop and manage departmental budgetsCollaborate with executive leadership on strategic growth initiativesEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and policiesRequirementsBachelors degree required5+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare sales or business developmentStrong experience with Salesforce and Microsoft OfficeProven ability to use data and metrics to drive performanceExperience building relationships across healthcare networksCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $140,000 $180,000Relocation assistance availableFull benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision)PTO: 17 days + 12 holidays + 6 sick daysLocationNewark, New JerseyRequired qualifications:5+ years of experience in the sales & marketing industryLegally authorized to work in the United StatesAt least bachelor's degree or higher
