This team will assist 8 full-time employees in delivering high-quality patient outreach and care coordination.Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to patients for:Pharmacy refill confirmationsAnnual wellness visit schedulingER outreach for frequent emergency room visitorsNew authorizations and other leadership-driven initiativesAccurately enter and manage data in Excel and internal systemsPerform insurance and benefit verificationsCoordinate care and follow-up tasks as neededMust-Have Skills:Customer service experience in a healthcare or call center settingPrior authorization and insurance/benefit verificationExcel proficiency (hide, copy, paste, filter)Data entry and schedulingFamiliarity with medical terminologyNice-to-Have Skills:Project coordination or management experienceBroader medical or clinical experienceSchedule:Monday–Friday 8:30-5pm (A LOT of OT available but not required) Why Join Us:You’ll be part of a high-impact team handling critical patient outreach and special projects.
