Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations, including supervising and developing a team of 30+ employees, delivering high-quality food and genuine hospitality, and maintaining a clean, organized, and high-performing environment. This role helps drive sales, manage labor and food costs, and ensure consistent execution of company standards, while leading by example with professionalism, energy, and accountability. Candidates should have at least one year of restaurant leadership experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends. A high school diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum age of 18 are required.
