We're big on mutual respect, flexible living, and making cool things for a community we love.Schedule & FlexibilityWe offer a high level of flexibility to accommodate your life, but we are looking for a long-term team memberthis is not a seasonal or summer-only position.Hours: 15-25/weekTime frame: While hours can vary week-to-week, we prefer the majority of work to be completed Monday through Friday, between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM. Though some hours outside of this time or on weekends is okay.Stability: Whether this is your sole position or you are balancing it with another role, we are looking for someone who can offer consistent, long-term commitment.Key ResponsibilitiesLight Shipping & Packing: Carefully package individual customer orders and prepare larger bulk shipments for Amazon.The Finishing Touch: Perform light post-processing on 3D prints (cleaning/finishing) and restart printers as needed to keep production moving.Inventory Management: Monitor shipping supplies and materials to ensure essentials are always in stock.Shop Maintenance: Help keep our workspace clean, organized, and efficient.What Were Looking ForThe "Final Eyes": You are the last person to see a product before it reaches the customer. High attention to detail and accuracy are essential.Physical Ability: Must be comfortable navigating stairs throughout the shift and able to lift up to 25 lbs.A Flow State Worker: You enjoy a heads down quiet environment where you can stay productive while listening to your favorite music or audio books.Cat Friendly: While pets are kept out of the immediate workspace, this role is located in a home-based environment with cats. It is best suited for someone without severe allergies.No Experience Necessary: We provide full training on all software and 3D printing equipment.
