Roles & Responsibilities Oversee delivery of in-center chronic dialysis and ensure safe, high-quality care Provide patient education on dialysis treatments, medications, and self-care Supervise and mentor Dialysis Technicians to maintain strong clinical practice Adjust treatment plans per standing orders and collaborate on care plans Administer medications and monitor patient responses and outcomes Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care Collaborate closely with nephrologists, dietitians, and social workers for coordinated care Document care and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team About United Health Care Staffing, Inc."Better Pay" and "Zero Headaches" and Ready to love your scrubs again?
