Pay: $60 to $65 per hour Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/25/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with United Health Care Staffing, Inc. to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Omaha, Nebraska, 68147!Job Title: RN – MedSurg/Telemetry (Neuro) Location: Omaha, NE Assignment Details: Start Date: May 25, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift Length: 12 hours Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Orientation: 12 hours + 2 days unit orientation Setting: Acute Care, Trauma Level I   Responsibilities: Provide care for MedSurg/Telemetry patients including strokes, stable neurological deficits, post‑neurosurgery procedures, and MedSurg overflow. Manage joint replacements, fractures, colon resections, COPD exacerbations, prostatectomy, cellulitis, sepsis, ortho trauma, GI bleeds, pneumonia, and failure to thrive. Titrate drips including heparin, lidocaine, ketamine; manage PCA pumps. Collaborate with charge nurses, patient care techs, and tele techs. Utilize EPIC charting system and mechanical lifts.
