MMP's Mobility Training Department is seeking a full time energetic Transportation Mobility Specialist trainer to assist special needs individuals in utilizing public transportation in the field. We are looking for experienced candidates with a background in special education, public transit experience, mobility training, social work, or related discipline who enjoys working independently in the field. The Transportation Mobility Specialist (TMS) is responsible for educating participants with various disabilities about public transportation, utilizing a variety of training methods including both classroom and in-field settings. This is a field position where frequent travel is required throughout the county. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a prerequisite for the position. Must be fluent in Spanish.
