Elder Care Provider Wanted - Join Our Boynton Beach ...

My sisters and I are seeking two reliable and compassionate HHA's/LPN's/CNA's for our 91 year-old mother with advanced Parkinson's, residing at an assisted living facility in Boynton Beach. We make sure our mother is never alone and have had 24/7 caregivers for many years. Both positions are 12-hour shifts. The first is Saturdays and Sundays: 8am - 8pm. The second position is also Saturdays and Sundays, but overnight: 8pm - 8am. It is very important that our aides be punctual, courteous and responsive to one another. This helps to ensure a smooth transition from one shift to the next. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, toileting, meals, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs. We prefer candidates with memory care experience, ideally, those who have cared for individuals with dementia and Parkinson's. Patience is paramount.
