The Finance Manager - In-Home Sales is responsible for securing homeowner financing through approved third-party lenders to support in-home sales representatives and drive deal completion. This role requires strong financial knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently guide homeowners through financing options while supporting a soft close in coordination with the sales team. This is a performance-based subcontractor role during an initial vetting period of approximately 90 days to six months, with the opportunity for expanded responsibilities and long-term engagement upon successful performance.
