Seasonal IT Technician

Overview: $15/hour Must be 18+ At Cedar Point, work is FUN! Working as an IT Technician, you'll provide support to users and assist with the help desk line. You'll also... * Assist with questions and problems related to hardware, software, POS (Point of Sale) equipment, and network-related inquiries. * Unpack, configure, install, and dismantle equipment including POS computers, desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, copiers, and any accompanying peripheral devices. * Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to desktops, laptops, POS, networks, cameras, and mobile devices. * Assist with configuration and testing of new hardware and software implementations.
