Reporting to the Safety and Controls Engineering Manager, you will collaborate closely with compliance engineers to ensure products meet regulatory standards and develop comprehensive test plans executed in partnership with lab technicians. Your work will directly support the advancement and success of Honeywell's thermal product portfolio.Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive innovation by generating and developing new product ideas that enhance thermal solutions and meet evolving market needs Lead the creation of detailed test plans and collaborate with lab technicians to execute testing for product development, validation, and compliance Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex engineering challenges related to product performance, manufacturability, and reliability Partner with compliance engineers to ensure all products adhere to applicable regulatory and safety standards Support sustaining engineering activities including troubleshooting manufacturing issues, analyzing customer returns, and implementing part changes Prepare, review, and maintain clear and acc
