Job Description: Design, build, and implement advanced Conversational AI solutions for customers and partners. Manage high-impact projects and provide deep technical insights. Ensure customers achieve maximum value from platform. Drive complex projects from pilot/Proof of Concept (PoC) to full implementation. Provide cutting-edge technical solutions and tackle advanced technical challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and contribute insights. Deliver technical training, workshops, and best practices to empower customers and partners. Develop precise technical documentation and ensure resolution of complex issues. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries. Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms. Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges. Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives. Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Proficient in JavaScript and Python; experience with back-end integrations. Front-End Design: HTML and CSS Back-End Development: server-side applications and data manipulation.
