Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst

Overview Bowhead seeks a Senior Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst to support the PMA 261 program. Responsibilities • Supports and drafts program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives. • Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA). • Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. • Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards. Qualifications MA/MS degree Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description Desired Experience: At least 3 years of experience supporting NAVAIR acquisition programs. Experience with development of a transition plans pertaining to fielding and employment of the next generation of aircraft. Experience with coordination and direction of cross functional teams. SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret level with SCI eligibility. US Citizenship is a requirement at this location.
