Arthrex is actively searching for a Service Parts Coordinator who will work with the Manager Service Sales, fellow Service Contracts Coordinators, Customer Service Contracts Team, and the entire Service and Repair organization to ensure accuracy in contracts and to support and monitor service products to maximize service-related revenue. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Enters device service exchanges in SAP and verifies contract accuracy. • Assists in the preparation, review, and administration of service contract proposals. • Serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters related to service and extended warranties. • Secures necessary approvals and ensures that the standard company procedures are followed. • Compile and maintain global installation base, contract utilization, win/loss and revenue forecasting analysis to identify trends and opportunities. • Monitor, track and report on key account satisfaction. • Work closely with Manager - Service Sales and Product Management Teams to create strategic plans for introducing new service products into new markets. Knowledge/Skills • Ability to multi task and work under deadlines with supervision. • Strong collaboration skills with internal and external team members • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external team members • Good written and verbal communication • Organized and prompt follow up skills necessary • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite • Advanced data entry skills and attention to detail • Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP system or equivalent Experience: • 3 years experience in contracts, customer service or related field required Education Required: • High school diploma or equivalent required Language and Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to customers, other team members and management.Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
