Maintenance Technician - Somerset County Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week Work Location: Based in Somerset County, with assignments at different agency facilities as needed. This role involves skilled work in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, doors/windows, and other general repair areas. Key Responsibilities: Carry out routine maintenance and repair tasks at assigned properties Inspect facilities regularly to assess repair needs and overall condition Keep agency tools and equipment in safe, working order Report any health or safety concerns to a supervisor Assist with outdoor upkeep, including snow removal and grounds maintenance Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
