On-Board Services is hiring a SAP (Business Planning and Consolidation) System Specialist WILMINGTON, DE! Position Details: Position Type: Contract Job Location: Wilmington, DE Benefits: 401K, Dental insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance Compensation: $37.93 - $70.34 /hourly (based on experience) Hybrid - in office 3x a week/WFH 2x a week. Finance teams are in office Tuesdays & Wednesdays, they get to pick their third day in office (Monday, Thursday, or Friday). Schedule - 8:00am - 4:30pm Overview : This role will require work in the company's accounting and consolidation systems including researching items and managing hedging of exchange gains & losses. The consultant will process and review Consolidation Adjustment Vouchers (CAV) for Functional Currency, Intercompany Eliminations, etc.; execute related financial controls; research and provide explanations regarding consolidation data; as well as work with global contacts in Treasury, Tax and business leadership. The position will report and review monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow data to buyer/business leadership to get their understanding and sign-off on the statements as complete. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting • 2+ year progressive experience in a large corporate environment - required • Position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and proficiency in the use of systems, including Microsoft suite of applications (Excel, etc.) and SAP applications • Ability to navigate through difficult situations including working with others in a global organization • Candidate must be self-managed and self-motivated with the ability to organize time and efforts to meet deadlines • Ability to work overtime during the close process as needed • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Works well in team environment with an ability to interact at all levels of organization Apply Today!
