Customer Service Representative Location Fort Worth, TX | Hybrid (Onsite Tue-Thu) - Training begins onsite, M-F 8am-5pm for 2 weeks Compensation & Schedule • $20-$22/hr (Depending on Experience) • Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm (flex shift) • W2 Contract | 5-6 Months • Start Date: November 4th ROLE IMPACT As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance or information about financial products and services. Your role directly impacts customer satisfaction by providing patient, polished, and effective service to a wide range of callers, ensuring seamless navigation and problem-solving on the company's digital platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding financial services and account access • Walk customers through website navigation and support tasks, including registration and troubleshooting • Perform password resets and provide account support with professionalism and clarity • Maintain video presence during team meetings and calls via Microsoft Teams • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated or technical service issues MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 3+ years of recent high-volume call center experience • Proven ability to use multiple systems simultaneously while on calls • Strong communication skills with a professional, patient, and customer-focused demeanor CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Microsoft Teams • Web-based customer support portals • Secure login/password systems • Internal knowledgebase tools PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience supporting financial products or digital platforms • Video conferencing comfort and presence • Bilingual communication skills (a plus) Pre-employment process includes background check, clerical testing, and soft credit check.
