Production Supervisor

Exact Staff is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and manage production operations at our Plainfield facility. This position plays a key role in ensuring production goals are met across departments such as e-waste sorting, disassembly of electronic components (CPUs, CRTs, LCDs, DLPs), and reuse/recycle operations. As a Production Supervisor, you'll ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality output while leading a team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Night Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Pay: $20-$23/hour, based on experience (DOE) Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily operations within assigned production areas Lead team members in the receiving, sorting, and disassembly of electronic materials Maintain safety and cleanliness standards; ensure PPE compliance Monitor inventory of tools and supplies; coordinate equipment repairs Review production and quality metrics to plan and adjust activities Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on job duties and company procedures Support month-end inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy Assist in creating team schedules and managing labor to meet goals Communicate safety concerns, policy changes, and performance expectations Maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards Assist with time card approvals and track department expenses Collaborate with other departments to meet production and company objectives Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
