Trainer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Trainer to join our electronics manufacturing team in Arlington, TX. The Trainer will be responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining training programs that ensure employees meet IPC standards for soldering, assembly, and inspection of electronic components. This role is key to supporting production quality, compliance, and workforce development across all three shifts. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and hands-on training in accordance with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620, etc.). Certify and re-certify production operators and technicians to IPC requirements. Provide training coverage across all three shifts (A, B, and C) to support continuous operations. 3 Shifts available. Evaluate employee skills and provide coaching for improvement. Develop training materials, presentations, and skills assessments. Maintain accurate training records and certification databases. Partner with quality and production teams to ensure training aligns with customer and regulatory requirements. Support audits by providing documentation and demonstrating compliance with IPC standards. Stay current with updates to IPC standards and incorporate changes into training programs. Qualifications: Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or related environment. Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) or Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) preferred. Strong knowledge of soldering techniques, PCB assembly, and electronic component inspection. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to train diverse groups of employees in both classroom and hands-on settings. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Schedule & Compensation: Full-time, on-site in Arlington, TX. Pay range: $23 - $25 per hour , based on experience and certifications.
