Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant (Accounts Receivable) Our client, a global leader specializing in brokering direct sales services, marketing and digital acquisition, is looking for a detail- oriented Staff Accountant to join their team. $70,000- $75,000 Why work here as a Staff Accountant? Strong benefits package- company pays 75% of employee premium 20 days of PTO to start- 6 sick days- 9 paid holidays Company has been growing consistently for the last several years and are continuing to grow Face to face exposure with leadership- small team CFO, Controller, 2 Staff Accountants (1 AP and 1 AR) Office is located right by Union Station Responsibilities as the Staff Accountant: Invoicing vendor payments (at least 30 invoices a week- invoices are revenue accruals) Cash applications (very nuanced process) Handling some pieces of month end close (balance sheets, accrued revenue) Provide support on ad hoc tasks as assigned by CFO or Controller Experience for the Staff Accountant: Bachelors in Accounting or related field 2-5 years of experience in corporate accounting preferred (heavy AR experience) Detail- oriented, thorough, great organization and communication skills Proficient in Excel, Sage Intacct (preferred but not required- will train on this) Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles #LI-PO1 #ZRCFS
