Senior Accounts Payable Specialist Hybrid Schedule- Fort Lauderdale Salary Range: $58,000-67,000 (depending on experience) Company Overview: Our client is well respected in the tech, entertainment, and AI space. Responsibilities of the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist: Full cycle accounts payable- 3way matching, invoice processing, approval, coding, compliance, etc. Setting up new vendors and vendor communication Assist with month end close- reconciliations, maintaining the GL, etc. Cash reporting- tracking outgoing payments, monitoring cash requirements, etc. Qualifications of the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist: 5+ years of full cycle AP experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred. Excel proficiency: Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. Experience with Netsuite, QuickBooks, Great Plains, or other large ERPs is a plus. #INSEP2025 #ZRCFS
