Associate Advisor Pittsburgh, PA $90,000-$135,000 + Bonus Our client, a reputable and expanding investment firm, is seeking an Associate Advisor to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated to build a long-term career in wealth management and financial advising. It offers the chance to learn directly from senior advisors, gain hands-on client experience, and grow into a lead advisory role over time. About the Role: As an Associate Advisor, you'll partner with senior advisors to deliver exceptional client service and support financial planning activities. Your responsibilities will span client relationship management, investment research, financial plan preparation, and operational tasks. This role provides a strong foundation for developing the skills and expertise needed to advance into a full advisory position. Key Responsibilities of the Associate Advisor Role: Prepare financial plans, investment analyses, and meeting materials for client reviews. Support relationship management through proactive communication and high-quality service. Conduct investment research and remain up to date on market conditions and product offerings. Manage account setup, transfers, and other administrative processes. Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence. Participate in training programs, continuing education, and professional development opportunities. Preferred Qualifications of the Associate Advisor Role: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline (required). 1-3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or investments preferred. Series 7 and 66 licenses, or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or portfolio management systems a plus. Genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in wealth management and client advising.
