Our team values collaboration, accountability, and strong technical expertise. Position Summary We're seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to support and optimize our ERP systems. This individual will work closely with finance, project management, and leadership teams to ensure SAP processes align with business needs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user support, along with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities of the SAP Consultant Role: Configure, maintain, and support SAP modules related to finance, accounting, and project management Collaborate with business users to identify system needs and recommend solutions Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation Perform testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements within SAP Assist with system upgrades, data migration, and integrations with other software Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies Provide ongoing support for SAP-related inquiries and process improvements Requirements of the SAP Consultant Role: Proven experience as an SAP Consultant or similar role Strong knowledge of SAP (preferably S/4HANA) in finance, accounting, or project-related modules Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, and implementation Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Construction or project-based industry experience is a plus Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred #INSEP2025
