Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Manage warranty claims, including tracking, resolution, and customer follow-up. Maintain and update product documentation, promotional materials, and warranty materials Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service, project management, and quality assurance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; CRM software expertise preferred.
