Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Position: IR Tech (NEURO SPECIALIST) •Location: Riverside Methodist Hospital •Hours: 4x10's (1-0730-1800 and 1-0800-1830), every other holiday •Call: 1 weeknight (Mon-Thu 6:30pm-8am) every week and every 3rd weekend (call starts at 6:30p Friday until 8am Monday) Minimum Requirements: •2 years of experience in IR (with neuro focus) •OH Rad license required (pending OK) •ARRT certified •BLS (pending OK) Department information: This position is at a Level II trauma facility that is required to offer 24/365 coverage. Department size staffing: 9 RT's and 9 RN's. Typical volumes 6-8 cases per day. Most common procedures Angio, carotid stent, interventions, stroke, Typical department staffing and or ratios 5-6 RN's per day & 6-7 RT's per day. Imaging equipment being utilized"”Siemens Epic EMR.
