This position is onsite/in office 5 days/week, but they offer flexibility for remote work if needed as they are very family oriented. Flexibility as they are very family oriented, great work life balance, training Base salary: $55,000-$60,000 HR Coordinator Job Duties: Support HR programs including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations. Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist with safety initiatives: training coordination, audits, incident tracking, etc. Help with employee communications, recognition, and wellness programs. Provide administrative support for HR and safety functions as assigned. HR Coordinator Qualifications 2-3+ years of HR, safety, or administrative experience Knowledge of employment law and safety regulations a plus Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills. HRIS/timekeeping systems experience a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. #INSEP2025 #LI-JG1 #ZRCFS
