Payroll Administrator Compensation: $70,000-$82,5000 Location: White Plains - full-time onsite About the company: Family-owned company that has been around for 100+ years. Responsibilities Process 34 payrolls accurately and on time, including maintaining employee records, updating deductions and garnishments, generating management reports, and recording payroll data in AppFolio (accounting system). Collaborate with union representatives by preparing required reports and ensuring compliance with union contracts. Track and manage employee time and attendance records. Prepare and process inter-company reimbursements as needed. Oversee employee benefits administration, including open enrollment, monthly invoice reconciliation, and managing enrollments and terminations. Support the employee lifecycle by assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes. Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail. Prepare quarterly reimbursement reports. Compile and calculate data for Workers' Compensation audits and premium payments. Maintain and update various Excel spreadsheets for reporting and tracking purposes. Assist in resolving bank reconciliation discrepancies. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
