Accounts Payable Specialist Grand Rapids, MI (Onsite) Pay: $40,000 -$50,000 Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Our client, a fast-growing company with 350+ locations in multiple states, is seeking a detail-oriented AP Specialist to join their Grand Rapids team. This role is fully onsite in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong core values. Key Responsibilities Process 70-100 utility invoices daily using PaperSave Manage AP email inbox, routing items appropriately Ensure proper approval flow for invoices Enter invoices into Great Plains with accuracy Partner with field teams and the Restaurant Support Center Tools Used Great Plains (ERP) PaperSave Excel (intermediate level) Qualifications Must-Have: 2+ years recent AP experience ERP software experience Intermediate Excel (formulas, lookups, sorting/filtering) Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task in high volume Nice-to-Have: Associate's or Bachelor's degree Advanced Excel skills Work Environment Onsite, business casual ("dress for your day" - jeans OK, no sneakers/flip-flops) Fast-paced, team-oriented culture
