Customer Service Representative Healthcare Industry Temporary to Hire | Davidson, NC - Fully in Office| 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Hourly Pay: $18.00 | Salary: $37,440 We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to both internal and external customers. This role manages inquiries across multiple channels, processes orders, and ensures timely follow-up. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a genuine focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy. - Process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment. - Perform follow-up services to confirm customer satisfaction. - Research and troubleshoot customer concerns or complex issues. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer needs. - Maintain a positive and helpful approach in all interactions.
