The Controller will report directly to the CFO and serve as a key financial partner across the organization, guiding financial strategy while overseeing day-to-day accounting and reporting functions. Personality & Culture Fit The ideal Controller is organized, efficient, and forward-thinking, with a passion for making processes better. You'll work closely with a loyal, capable Accounting Manager (who you'll mentor) and partner with the CFO to help shape the financial strategy of a growing, acquisition-driven business. Casual dress code (shorts and T-shirts are the norm-unless investors are visiting). Free parking and flexible full-time schedule around core business hours (onsite). Direct influence on the finance function of a fast-growing real estate company. If you're a Controller who wants to build smarter systems, lead from the front, and grow with a company that values initiative and transparency, we'd love to hear from you. #INSEP2025 #ZRCFS
