Accounting Manager Holland, MI (Onsite) Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 annually Our client is a regional distributor with 75 employees, proudly serving Midwest retailers for nearly 100 years. Under new ownership, they're upgrading systems, growing fast, and fostering a servant-leadership, mentorship-driven culture. Responsibilities Manage GL and monthly reconciliations Oversee bi-weekly payroll in ADP Partner with HR on 401k and compliance Review and file quarterly payroll reports Provide oversight for AP/AR processes Coach and develop accounting staff Drive process improvements and system upgrades Requirements 5-10 years of accounting (GL, reconciliations, AP/AR, month-end) Leadership or supervisory experience ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) Intermediate Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred: Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, advanced Excel, NetSuite expertise Work Environment Full-time, onsite in Holland, MI Business casual (jeans on Fridays) Collaborative, team-oriented culture Supported by strong financial leadership and outside CPAs Accounting Manager Accounting Manager Accounting Manager Accounting Manager #INSEPT2025
