Product Manager Compensation: $95,000-$115,000 depending on experience. Location: White Plains, NY - hybrid schedule About the company: A leading U.S.-based distributor specializing in branded fast-moving consumer goods, including food, beverages, and non-food items. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of private label (store brand) products through their evolutionary life Roll out new products across various customers: Develop and negotiate copy, work with the Creative Team to approve copy and graphics, and ensure the Master Product Creative is optimized and leveraged across all customers. Respond to customer requests, including managing product refreshes and ongoing product Identify and lead development of product improvements, cost savings, and sustainability initiatives from concept to execution to restage and phase-in. Write creative briefs and provide feedback to outside vendors and Engineering on product and process Analyze performance of new products and product improvements, making recommendations for the Identify areas of growth, recommending new categories, new products, and/or product Identify SKUs for potential discontinuation based on product performance, profitability, complexity, Work cross-functionally with Creative, Sales, Regulatory, Engineering, Quality, and Present status updates to senior management every quarter, with smaller monthly Work with the E-Comm Team to expand and manage their portfolio of brand products on Amazon Seller Add/update products and manage advertising on the Amazon sales Make recommendations to expand our E-commerce business (Amazon and potentially other e-tailers). Conduct analysis of category, branded, and private label performance (shipments and IRI data) and present to senior management in quarterly update meetings. Provide analysis of category, branded, and private label data and trends for customer sales presentations (as needed). Share the update and maintenance of the online product catalog. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar field. 2+ years of experience in product management.
