Property Accountant

What You'll Do Manage day-to-day accounting for multiple property types, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial records. Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports to support strategic decision-making. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities. Collaborate with property managers and leadership to provide insights into financial performance. Identify and implement process and system improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit support. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 8-10 years of accounting experience Experience in property accounting (commercial, residential, mixed-use, or similar). Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reporting, and reconciliations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar systems). Someone who thrives in refining processes and leveraging systems to improve workflows. A proactive communicator with excellent attention to detail.
