HR Manager Columbus, OH About the Role Our client, a rapidly growing landscape maintenance and installation company, is seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all aspects of HR. This role is both strategic and hands-on, supporting a diverse workforce including seasonal labor through the H-2B visa program. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution Lead recruitment and onboarding for seasonal and year-round roles Administer performance management and training programs Manage the full lifecycle of the H-2B visa program and ensure regulatory compliance Collaborate with operations to forecast seasonal labor needs Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe workplace culture Champion employee engagement, retention, and DEI initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred) Bilingual in Spanish required Experience with H-2B or similar seasonal workforce immigration programs preferred Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Proven leadership in high-volume, labor-intensive industries Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Excel Work Environment Office and field-based work Occasional site visits with exposure to outdoor conditions What Our Client Offers Competitive Medical, Dental & Vision plans Employer-paid Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability 401(k) with Employer Match Ancillary Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Learning & Development Opportunities #LI-AE6 #INSEP2025 #ZRCFS
