Our client, a financial institution, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their expanding team in Fort Washington! This is a great opportunity for an emerging professional who wants to kick start their career with a very reputable institution. About You: A Bachelor's degree and a 3.0 GPA are required for this role 1+ year of experience in an office or corporate setting - this includes internships! Excellent organization and time management skills with a great attention to detail A team player who enjoys collaborative work Strong verbal and written communication skills Skilled multitasker with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment Day to Day: Work across company departments - including the sales, finance, and administrative teams to handle cases in a timely and professional manner Serve as a point of contact for multiple departments and complete administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings and preparing presentations Ensure case files and information are accurately documented and organized securely Provide support and assist with additional administrative functions and projects as needed This direct hire opportunity is perfect for someone looking to work within a very collaborative company culture!
