This role will monitor and control the activities of the department. They will figure out the number of batches needed to complete each production run and monitor the production line. They will also make routine supervisory decisions and obtain final approval from the Cheese Ops Manager. You'll also be responsible for: • Ensuring products are produced to standards. • Performing the duties of various cheese-ops line worker positions needed to support safety, quality, service, and cost objectives. • Preparing the production area with all materials and ingredients necessary for daily production runs. • Generating production worksheets.
