Our client, a well-known educational institution in Philadelphia, is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented and have proven experience in administrative support. Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM About the Job: Greet and assist callers by answering general inquiries from prospective students, current students, and members of the public; route calls to the appropriate departments when necessary. Screen and direct incoming phone traffic to the appropriate Info Center staff or campus offices. Deliver friendly, responsive service by actively listening, clarifying information, and ensuring accurate communication. Handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, contributing to a welcoming and supportive environment. Uphold a respectful and inclusive atmosphere for individuals of all backgrounds and identities. About You: High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) is required. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service or administrative support role. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Comfortable learning and using office phone systems and basic computer applications. Our client is seeking a candidate who can accommodate the designated schedule while delivering exceptional service. This is an on-site position located in Philadelphia, PA , offering up to $18 per hour , depending on experience.
