A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Infusion Pharmacist in Irving, TX. The Infusion Pharmacist will work onsite and will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications, monitoring patient medication compliance, and ensuring proper pharmaceutical care. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week contract assignment with potential for career growth. Infusion Pharmacist Compensation The pay for this position is $64.27 per hour Overtime is paid at 1.5x the standard rate Double time is paid at 2x the standard rate Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service Infusion Pharmacist Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs Required availability: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day Infusion Pharmacist Responsibilities Accept and dispense prescription medications Monitor patient medication compliance and over-usage patterns Ensure medications are prescribed and supplied according to law Maintain confidential records and properly manage patient files Advise patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and interactions Educate patients on medical device use (blood pressure monitors, glucose meters, etc.) Provide services such as smoking cessation, blood pressure measurement, and cholesterol management Compound medications for internal or external use, including sterile solutions Supervise pharmacy staff including technicians and clerks Maintain appropriate inventory of pharmaceutical and medical supplies Identify drug-related problems and communicate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and pharmacy interns Infusion Pharmacist Requirements Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required Licensed by the state pharmacy board Mandatory attendance is required for the first 90 days If you want, I can also reformat this into a concise, job-board-friendly version that's easy for candidates to scan and apply.
