MANAGER OF HEALTHCARE PAYOR CONTRACTS / MCO Medicare Contracts | Full-time | Dallas, TX Award-winning Oral Surgery organization seeking a professional experienced in Managing healthcare Payor contracts within the Medical/Dental Insurance sector and oversees contracts. Seeking only individuals that are looking for a long-term career and have the ability to work a full-time, ONSITE REQUIREMENTS Must have Healthcare Insurance experience (Dental/Oral Surgery industry) At least 5 ( FIVE) year's experience in healthcare payor contracting, MCO Contract structures, and/or Dental/Oral surgery , ASC , or specialty provider settings Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field Proven track record of direct, successful negotiation with commercial and/or government payors Strong analytical skills in contract modeling and reimbursement analysis. Ability to manage complex, multi-state contract portfolios. Ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels. This is a Manager role... NO DIRECTORS. Strong Supervisors or Leads can be considered Must be able to work FULLY independently.
