As they continue to grow and innovate, they are seeking a Project Budget Analyst to support project management, operations, and regional leadership. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and plays a critical part in ensuring accurate project budgets, smooth coordination across teams, and efficient job cost reporting. Why This Role Stands Out Competitive pay plus bonus potential Opportunity to grow within a stable, established organization A culture that values teamwork and invests in employee success What You'll Do Maintain and update project budgets and job cost reports with input from Project Managers Coordinate with contractors for material orders, releases, and delivery schedules Track design submittals, approvals, and plan revisions Ensure accuracy of invoicing by working closely with Project Managers and Job Cost Administrators Manage the regional Sales Cloud database and organize bid, marketing, and sales files Prepare contract packages, create budgets, and process change orders Assist in planning and coordinating trade shows and marketing events, attending as needed Support Regional Managers with higher-level administrative tasks and reporting What You'll Bring 5+ years of administrative and/or budgeting experience Working knowledge of contracts, job costing, and material ordering Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (PowerPoint, Act, MS Project, Oracle experience a plus) Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience in construction or precast industry strongly preferred #LI-RE1 #CFSSEP2025 #INSEP2025
