They are seeking an experienced Legal Billing Manager to lead key financial operations and support the firm's continued growth. Billing Manager - Core Responsibilities: Why This Opportunity Stands Out: Inclusive and engaging culture with events like book clubs, Top Golf outings, and ice cream socials Modern office layout with all admin staff on one floor Structured onboarding with 30/60/90-day check-ins Hybrid flexibility after 90 days Long-term growth potential and history of internal promotions Daily/Weekly Tasks: Oversee billing operations, including electronic billing systems Supervise and support a team of billing clerks, AR, collections, and e-billing staff Collaborate with the Controller and CFO on financial planning and analysis Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and reporting Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members Monthly/Quarterly Tasks: Lead monthly financial reporting and budgeting processes Coordinate with leadership on fiscal year-end close and audit preparation Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in professional services or legal environments preferred Strong tenure and leadership experience in accounting roles
