IT Compliance Analyst Location: Sparta or Fenton, MI | Onsite Employment Type: Fulltime | Permanent Salary: $70,000-$90,000 + bonus The IT Compliance Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the organization maintains strong vendor oversight, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for candidates with an audit background (public accounting or internal audit) and/or experience supporting information security governance . You will work closely with IT, compliance, and executive leadership to manage vendor risk, strengthen business continuity planning, and support IT audits and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities of the IT Compliance Analyst: Administer and monitor the vendor management program, including due diligence and ongoing oversight Support and coordinate IT audits and risk assessments, serving as a liaison with external auditors and regulators Assist in business continuity and disaster recovery (BCP/DRP) documentation, testing, and compliance tracking Contribute to information security governance, including incident response planning, GLBA compliance, and policy support Maintain risk and compliance documentation within Tandem Information Security & Compliance software (or similar platforms) Prepare reports and summaries for management, auditors, and regulatory bodies Required Skills & Qualifications of the IT Compliance Analyst: Audit or compliance background, ideally with public accounting firm experience (e.g., IT Audit, Risk Advisory) or strong internal audit exposure Experience with vendor management and third-party risk oversight Familiarity with business continuity and disaster recovery frameworks Understanding of IT and information security concepts, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills Preferred / Bonus Skills of the IT Compliance Analyst: Experience supporting an Information Security Officer or GRC program Exposure to cybersecurity compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.) Experience with Tandem or similar risk/compliance management software Knowledge of GLBA, incident response frameworks, or IT regulatory compliance requirements #LI-HM1 #ZRCFSTECH #INSEP2025 IT Compliance Analyst
