Key Responsibilities of the Senior Pricing Analyst The Senior Pricing Analyst will be responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and competitive pricing solutions that drive business success. Core responsibilities include: Develop, analyze, and prepare cost and pricing models for proposals and contracts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align proposals with company goals and compliance requirements. Review RFPs to identify pricing, cost model, and compliance requirements. Support customer negotiations by preparing detailed financial analysis and pricing justifications. Lead and support audits related to proposals and pricing compliance. Recommend process improvements and pricing tools to enhance efficiency. Partner with stakeholders to balance competitiveness, compliance, and profitability in all proposals. What Makes a Successful Senior Pricing Analyst To excel as a Senior Pricing Analyst, candidates should bring: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or cost estimating. (Manufacturing, aerospace, or defense industry experience strongly preferred.) Advanced Excel skills; ProPricer experience is required. Familiarity with FAR, DFAR, and TINA regulations is a plus.
