Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic team in Pittsburgh! Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of payroll experience, ADP Workforce Now expertise, and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities: Process biweekly payroll for employees across the US, Canada, and the UK Maintain accuracy in HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws Oversee time and attendance tracking and prepare regular payroll reports Manage payroll documentation including tax withholdings, unemployment notices, and garnishments Support month-end close with payroll-related journal entries and accruals Assist employees with payroll, expense management, and corporate credit card program inquiries Requirements: 3+ years of payroll experience Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail If you are looking to apply your payroll expertise with a global leader in production and entertainment, apply today!
